I don't not have experience with F-Sport spring on stock shock. But I changed up from stock 18" to 19" F-Sport wheel with stock spring/shock, and ride is rougher due to lower profile tires, I felt most road pavements transferring from tires to steering wheel and vehicle body. I thought the ride quality would get worse with F-Sport spring/shock combo, but to my surprise, they work together well and the shock does help absorbing some of those uncomfort/rough pavement and I feel less harsh from the tires after.
