Default Clunking noise

I have a 99 gs3 and when turning to the right I hear a loud clunk noise from the left front wheel. My car has 194k miles I recently replace my front struts but the noise was present before. Has anyone experienced this?

What he said^^

Check both the lower and uppers. Chances are all of them are bad. Do it quick before you do more damage!
