balljoint noise? need help!

Default balljoint noise? need help!

hello gs owners....so i noticed a rattle noise going over bumps metal on metal noise ...slightest dips..the noise is coming from my front end passager wheel well. i jacked it up and had no play when moving tire...i noticed that my upper ball joint boot is ripped, can that be the cause?..i heard about control arm bushing being the problem?. just wondering if anyone had this same problem....need the help..thanks guys

Balljoint is clunk noise. I had rattling noise when i had my stock suspension, until i got new shocks and springs the noise went away.

rattle = some sort of thin metal on metal.

check your brake dust shield as well as follow your exahaust metals..front to rear..side to side.

Most likely ur ball joint and I would change it fast because those things can break..u dont want that to happen while driving.

yea....it was my shock....whatever the problem was she was parked in the garage till it was fixed...she dont deserve to suffer
