Default supra tt brakes / rmm brakes with stock rims?

i heard that the rmm brakes (rotors, etc. etc...) are actually supra tt brakes with rmm stickers on them?

so anyway, if i get those kits, can i still fit my stock rims on them? i will get larger rims, but from time to time i will need to put my stock ones on. so i am wondering

Just wondering if you know if wheel spacers would do the trick? I have snow tires mounted on my stock rims and would hate to have to swap brakes every season.

I am wondering if 5mm spacers will be enough or if 15mm is really necessary as some people are using.

I tried to mount a stock 17" rim on my Supra/RMM front brakes. The screws didn't even make it through the wheel hole before hitting the brake caliper. Not even one thread extended enough to get a nut on there.

I didn't measure the space, but I'd guess it to be about 25mm. I wouldn't recommend spacing out that much even if a spacer were available.

Does anyone know if the wheels from a '94 Supra TT will fit on a GS...do they have the same bolt pattern?

My spare tire is from a 98 Supra TT. I think the 94 TT is the same generation, MkIV right ?

If yes, then your good to go.

well, if the stock rims can't fit on any 4 pistons setup like the supra tt upgrade that would be problem coz' when i am in san jose, i don't mind putting 19".... but if my car is in LA, putting 19" would most likely end up having bricks in the morning
