But if I had to do it all over I'd go straight to AR and call it a day cause in the end you're going to spend that kind of money anyways. Like you, I'm not trying to be an *** just giving you the heads up.
so is the AR a FULL COMPLETE kit wile with the UAS you have to buy extra stuff??

I am the kind that don't care about jdm. I don't go to meets, i don't hang out with people who know about cars or any of that stuff..

Why am i supposed to care about jdm? Or about "getting the best AR?? I like to mod my car for myself but 4k is way too much IMO. Now if i can get the "cheaper" kits for say 2k then i might consider it..

Im not trying to be an a$$.. i just feel that im missing something in your point of view. Why should i care about AR when i can get another brand for almost half? Is that other brand just plain out bad quality and will break easy?? what am i missing?

Or is it that i grew up super poor and just having a lexus is good enough let alone a modded one..
well im just sayin Air Runners are the best out there, check out all the VIP guys...all Autofashion guys run Air Runners the guys in hawaii are the same..when u go to SEMA and see the cars in the mags they all have air Runners...i have em and no complaint...no leaks...i have a friend who has UAS on his sc300 and he's leakin..

Yup. Don't get me wrong I love my UAS kit, I just didn't know it would've cost me this much in the end. But on the other hand, if you don't have $4k to shell out right away for a full kit, UAS is the way to go cause you can at least get piece by piece. Both work great IMO. Just depends on your budget.

Leaks arent really to be blamed on bands..thats due to user error. When I installed my UAS with my freinds for the first time, I had no leaks for a while. However I had to change around the setup and it leaks slowly now, but hats an easy fix. The valves I have seem sturdy as hell. I am riding on UAS with Tein CS v2. My only issue is that the damping on the coils isnt hard enough, because i like to ride really low.

pick whatever fits your budget
I can tell UAS is pretty good and it will definitely make you happy
AR is good, but it has its flaws..my friend has one on his car and it LEAKS..
their controller is uglier than mine (but I'm pretty sure AR guys can get a different controller)
