so yeah, i got my hands on another ls400 passenger caliper.

and here are the rest of the pics before the original ls400 caliper decided to blow.

98-05 GS Brembo Slotted rotor on the left, EBC slotted dimpled 95-00 ls400 rotor on the right

Dust shield before cutting

After trimming, i ended up trimming even more off where the tie rod was.

Rotor is on, using the lugs to hold it in place as i put the caliper on

Caliper is on

I just did mines today....but I started by painting the rear calipers to match the LS400 calipers, installed goodridge ss lines (all 4 stock lines were frozen...pb blaster helped a bit), installed front H&R 15mm spacer with new extended studs (I couldn't use my project kics cuz my wheels didn't have the inset spacing for the protruding studs...also my front wheels are not BBK-friendly), installed new front cross-drilled rotors and LS400 calipers (had to modify the rotor shield a bit), then I couldn't find my anti-squeal lube for the new brake pads (had to go to Checkers to buy a new one), and finally bled all 4 corners (thanks to my neighbor's kids...one did the pumping and other other checked the brake fluid reservoir). Oh...and cleaned up the garage....my tools were everywhere....wifey liked seeing a garage she can walk in....LOL!!! Took it for a test drive tonight....feels good....no spongy feel.

I know back from dead thread lol. I don't get why everyone goes with ls400 over supra TT set up? My TT calipers are lighter then my GS ones plus TT rotors are 1/2" bigger and to me look better being smooth. Plus I got mine from rock auto $220 shipping and core included for both sides
