Default srut mounts

Can anyone tell me how to know if I need strut mounts?

more info required though... like for changing coilovers? which coilovers? just struts? springs? we can't answer without knowing what you're doing...

sorry to reply so late. I just changed my shocks all around and still have a little sway and still a rough ride and after a couple of weeks a little squeeking from the shock area?

more info...what shocks did u replace with?

did mechanic replace and seat the springs properly?

standard KYB's. The springs looked like they were seated properly, the end of the coil didnot line up perfectly with the recess molded into the spring seat on the shock. When that was aligned then the strut mount at the top was off, about 1/4 inch.
