But I agree, the person doing the alignment doesnt know ***** about how to use the stuff you have installed. The only reason the toe has changed is because thats the only thing the guy knew how to adjust.
Take it somewhere you can interact with the tech... and get your money back for that alignment. I work at a delaer and even I wouldnt charge for that *****.

It's not that the tech doesn't know what he's doing. One you put on the rear RCAs, the tech no longer has the stock eccentric bolt to adjust. All he can do is adjust the toe. Still the spec doesn't look too bad considering how low he's dropped.
Next step is to replace the RCA inserts.

We raised up the coilover to compensate for the RCA.
It might really just be the case that the alignment guy didn't save the before values. Masboy does't have the original alignment spec sheet prior to the RCA so we don't know what the true value is. Still, -1.8-1.9 degrees is pretty good for his drop.

The camber in the rear is fixed and can't be adjusted on the alignment rack. The only way to change the camber angles is with inserts. That is why the before & after camber values are the same in back. My car is at -1.9, -1.9 in back with the center insert in place. This conservative camber value will not eat up your rear tires. A bit of negative camber is good for handeling as well.. I would leave well enough alone and not go any more positive in the rear. Up front is a different story.. I am now at -1.6, -1.6 camber up front from
-2.1, -2.1. This is without raising the coilovers further.. How did I accomplish this?? The decrease in camber values is a result of my tech adjusting the caster more negative. The end result is a car with more control and feedback. No more wandering on uneven pavement at highway speeds.. My car feels so much more solid & planted than it did in the beginning of this RCA experiment. My toes angles are even all around @ 0.5 thanks to the ability to adjust the rear toe angles at any given value.. Adjustable toe arm links ftw.. Just my experience to date.. How does your car track at present op?
