For anyone who is interested these are the Official Tein CS & Ha #'s for GS cars.
CS Damper (retail $1,500): Ft: -1.4 in (max) Rr. -2 in. (max)
Ft: -.5 in (min) Rr. -.6 in. (min)
HA Damper (retail $1,150): Ft: -3.3 in (max) Rr. -4.4 in. (max)
Ft: -.6 in (min) Rr. -2.2 in. (min)
*These measurements were taken while the car was on 245/45/18 wheels/

No I do not Sasha. I am just someone who is about to buy one of the two setups and requested the information from Tein. I was a little surprised with the specs they sent me so I figured I would post the official#'s. That way there would be no more guessing(although weight and settling affect ride height a little).

I heard the guys at TEIN USA are slacking off. Obviously they aren't. 
The price for HA really dropped. I paid $1150 for my set (that was more than an year ago). It had to be ordered directly from Japan and I waited 4 weeks for it to arrive in front of my door.
Those are the best suspension mod you could have done.
