Default stiffness on CS

Ok I have Tein CS coilovers, now im trying to adjust the stiffness on them, I know I have to turn the **** clockwise, but how can I tell when i reach the 16th setting on them? and if by mistake I keep turning the ****, do i blow the coil by overturning them? thanks.

I don't have experience with the CS but it should be the same as the Flex I use to own, or other coilovers. Turn it all the way to the left till it stops. That should be on the stiffest setting. Start turning it to the right (going soft) and count to 16 where it should stop..
