Default How to remove upper ball joint?

Going to install my Daizen bushings this weekend and just wanted ask whats the easiest safest way to remove it without damaging them? I'm assuming pitman puller would push it up and out?

A very large gear puller might work better than a pitman puller.

Easiest way is to take two dead blow hammer and tap them against the side of the ball joint. You'll see where there is two flat spot on the side of the control arm. It'll create a wedge action which will push the taper ball joint out.

Removing the upper ball joints you just seperate the ball joint. What do you mean by aligning the Upper Arm? All I did was just put it all back together.

I was talking about those two bolts that hold the upper arm. I always have the hardest time putting those bolts in.
