Default Popping/Clunking Noise when going from Reverse to Foward

When I from reverse to forward or forward to reverse and i accelerate a little i hear a popping noise coming from the front of the car, I tried searching but didnt find anyone with a similar problem. I thought it may be the ball joints and have been reading around and people say to turn the wheels back and forth while parked but it doesnt make any noises... anyone have a similar problem? or any thoughts on what it could be? thanks in advance....

You may need a new Fit kit for ur brakes. Maybe yours are worn down or missing a little clip and your brakes are moving. Once I replaced mine the clunking was gone.

Nothing to worry about. It's just the brake pads shifting that's all. Also, the transmission makes a clunking noise when you shift also. That's normal for our car. Try having a VB upgrade and all that problem will go away.

when i first bought my car i thought that the noise was ball joints since it was coming from the front... but dRo and Alexus is correct... it has to do with the brake pad shifting inside the caliper... the dealer put on some grease and it has reduced the sound alot... you can try this first and if it doesn't work, you may want to just change your brake kit as stated above...
