What coilover kit to go with.....HKS or Tein???
I'm in the market for coilovers, but am not sure which ones to go with.....either HKS or Tein. I can get deals on both as I work at an import shop. I'd like to get some feedback if anyone either has the HKS Hypermax II and the Tein NA/CS.
If anyone is interested, I think the owner might be able to do group buy for HKS stuff at like 30% off list. The name of the shop is Under Pressure in Westminster CA.

Price for HKS Hypermax II
Well they retail for 2,245 or so....so 30% off that would put you under 1580 and the nice thing about the HKS set is that they are pre-assembled and come with the pillow mounts.

HKS. Why? I think they're made better personally. None of my friend who have had HKS coilovers had EVER had any problems...(not that Teins are bad, they're definitely not, but if I had to pick between the two, I would do HKS for sure)

I'm definitely interested in the group buy. The only question is, which to buy? I've heard great things about Teins, particularly the HA's (I've heard the stiffest the CS's go is not really suitable for track use), but very little about the HKS's. Are there any GS+Tein/HKS owners in the SF Bay area? I've never had the opportunity to ride in a GS with coilovers... and I'm having the infernal debate of further modifying my GS or just trading it in for an E46 M3 coupe...
