I have a 2000 GS with 116K and I'm getting ready to get a full brake job done (rotors also). What type of pads should I use, and do I need shims? I see alot of people outside of Toyota and Lexus dealers selling OEM parts, but who makes our OEM parts, what name should I look for? Also, what rotors (front and rear) should I use?

Any help whould be greatly appreciated. I just don't want aftermarket pads and rotors to either sqeak or give me problems.
