Default Lowering Spring DIY

I used the search feature on the site but was unsuccessful in retrieving this information. Does any one know if there is a DIY for the install of lowering springs for an is250/is350

Im in miami, and trying to find a reputable shop to do this. Or if it isnt too hard do it myself.

Thanks guys

Unless you've ever done a spring/coilover install before I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. Essentially if you have basic car installation knowledge, spring compressors, jacks/ramps, and a torque wrench, you should be able to do it, but it's still a PITA.
