How much drop to get VIP camber ?
Workin on a friends gs3. We dropped it with the tanabe 210's and put on 20's
with 35mm offset. He wants the massive positive camber look. I adjusted the camber all the way out in the rear to see what it would look like. Barely noticable. Im wondering how low are your cars that have crazy + camber ?
TIA

anywhere from 3-6 inches lower than crap springs will give you. cut them or heat them if you want to cheap out on the lowness. unless you are on air with those 20's you won't get as low as you like. 19's work way better. also, actual CUSTOM wheels, not off the shelf stuff, will help you achieve the style/size you want, being able to fit better wheels under the fenders all while low without hitting stuff. research stuff at the site in my sig.

Ill send him the link. Thanks
Your right, I was having a brain fart I should know better
Thats what I told him. I have the Tein flex (which the coil and shock body can be lowered individually) on my first gen, but I made custom rear lower control arms to correct the camber to bring it back to stock. Im more into the sport look than VIP

James, you can tell Stafan he isnt going to have much of a bippu look to his car on those wheels and suspension set-up. They look great, but will never have the bippu stance or look to them. Even with my Works and my cut springs, the negative camber is minimal, provided i have not messed with mine yet, its still at its OEM setting. Bags or a ridiculous static drop are required and cannot be found by springs.
