Default Urgent help needed with brakes!

Has anyone had problems with a seized brake caliper BRACKET. The bolt mount will not move. I tried to spray liquid wrench under the rubber boot but it on't budge! Help me please!

Yes. I couldn't get it out. Some people put it in the oven for a bit then were able to pull it out. I tried to heat it with a torch and then pulling but ended up snapping the bolt. So i had to buy another bracket from a junkyard.
