I poste similar thread in main forum but Im lookin for more than one opinion.I got decent deal in my area on some volk mdel av3 which was one of my final choices,so im happy about that considering the convenience.Im just not sure if I should should go 18x8front,18x9rear or 18x9,18x10.Is there a big fferense in looks and performance.Again I greatly appreciat the help ive received in wheel selection which could be over and installed by monday so please try to reply thanks......badbtsz..

THanks Jacob I now will serioslly consider going with the wider width. Is there any problems I may have going with the wider more aggresive stance. Can you tell me if this is a noticable difference in appearance in the two widths ive selected.Looking forward to your feedback....Thanks..Mike

I'd get 18x9 front and 18x10 rear. Bigger sizes give you better traction and looking for your GS. And I'd put 245/40 front and 285/35 rear, this will bring the side walls of the tire lined up with fenders and give your car a more aggresive look.

You will have no problem with those sizes. I'm currently using 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear. I should have paid a little more to get 18x9 and 18x10 in the first place.

With 18x10, you can even fit 295/35/18 tires on that will give you better traction at launchs and at corners.
