I recently did my LS400 brakes.
I purchased stock replacement LS400 lines.
The SC lines fit, however they don't have the correct pin position on the banjo end. If something hits the line it could possibly spin and loosen the banjo bolt.
The LS400 lines worked fine, but I had to drill out the mounting bracket slightly to reinstall the clip (LS400 body is round, SC300 is nut shaped). Only issue I saw was the LS400 are a tiny bit short. They are a bit tight when going full lock on steering.
