Anyone know exactly what type of Spanner wrench it is?

I believe it's a "C-Spanner."

not necessarily i bought my teins without the spanner wrenches... my sis had some ground control coilovers on her honda... the wrenches worked but was very easy to slip off and do some damage. i ended up borrowing a CL members wrenches.
