Tein CS - still bouncy!
I've had Tein CS on my car for about a month now. I've lowered it about 1/4" every weekend to see how it reacts the lower it goes.
Right now it's probably lowered about 1.75" from stock, maybe 2". The dampening 'click' is set to -5 from the stiffest, front and rear. The stiffest is 16 I believe? Mine are set to 11.
The ride is still "soft" in driving on street roads, but still is excessively bouncy on large bumps or while driving on the highway.
You really can't seem to lower a car and make the ride handle or feel any BETTER. Frustrated! There is a huge tradeoff between looks and percepted handling, vs the stock height or close to it. Why?!

I haven't put my CS on yet, but as mentioned above, the more you crank the springs down, the bouncier it will get. if you turn the compresion/rebound *** all the way in(stiffest) it should slow down the rebound which is what causes bouncy feeling.

Could turning the dampening down help? Maybe to 5 clicks instead of 11?

well i know the tein cs has very high selling value since everyone wants them on CL....if you are looking for a controlled stiffer ride....go with the JIC FLT A2s tein HA with EDFC is also a good choice as wel....and if you have a high budget on suspension....maybe pick up the zeal coilovers
