TRD STB Install

Already know I need to jack up the GS400 to install these(holes wont line up)I need to jack in the middle and need to know where is a safe jack point.Also do I leave the spacers on(around the bolts)or is it supposed to be removed??

Thanx for the reply.After another search I found a thread that covered the spacers.Some leave em,some remove em.Seems to be an issue if it clears the engine cover or not..Again Thanx!!
