Default H&R springs and Bilstein sport combo

Does anyone have that setup? My springs are here and I just ordered the shocks. Just wanted to see if any member has it and your thoughts...

I have this setup and the ride is very good. The drop looks nice... not too aggressive but enough, depends what you are looking for. The ride is not rough at all either, people that don't know much about cars don't even notice the stiffer ride. Handling is somewhat better, i didn't notice a huge difference.

wow, i am surprise that you didn't think the ride was rough since many ppl here had experienced the roughness. Btw, did you notice any clunking noise from the rear like everyone else did?

interesting, I too had stayed away from the H&R because others here had reported a noticeably stiffer ride. Since the Eibach was more 'stock like', I got those.........

I think you get a little more drop with the H&R though, right?

yup..1.4F and 1.3R...the reason I am going with H&R is that i had H&R cupkit for my BMW be4 and I loved it..it was just perfect...In addition, i thought the drop for the eibach is not low enough and tein is way too slam for my taste..so i thought something in between would be nice...

Nope, no clunking noise. I expected the ride to be much rougher than it actually is. Even on 19's and New York roads everyone says my car still rides smooth. And, i also got H&R's instead of Eibachs because of that extra drop.

PM BLiu, he had those on his car

He's pretty analytical with how well things work or don't work.

I've got H&R springs and l-tuned shocks. I'm very happy with the ride and the drop is perfect imo.
