Upgrading my suspension?

I'm planning to drop my car a little more but I would like keep the ride. I have on H&R w/ Bilstein. Is the ride going to be more stiff if I changed my springs for APEXi WS Coilover or any other coilover with the exclusion of the Tein CS (Too much for my budget)?
I was planning on getting the APEXi WS Coilover, H&R Coilover, or the Tein NA or RA.
If anyone have more info on the difference of ride quality between the springs vs. the coilovers, I'll appreciated it.
Thanks,
Cong

The tein RA's are race spec coilovers. Youre *** will get serously beat up if you drive with these on the street. Your car will handle awesome but it will be a very rough ride. The HA's are one step down and are more sport/race coilover. The NA's arent a threaded body coilover and they are MUCH softer than the RA's.

Cong,
If you are looking for APEXi WS coilover for GS, I'd highly recommend you to purchase it from SKR. http://www.shinkairacing.com/ Their price is pretty damn good. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say it in public. Email them and tell them Dennis send yah. You won't be disappointed by their price.
