which way do slotted rotors go?

Default which way do slotted rotors go?

i just got some slotted rotors, i was wondering what way they go because they look directional. im guessing that its suppose to look like its on backwards if that makes sense? help me out. thanks

not quite true about direction .. it depends on the brand and brands design for example my powerslots (garbage) i used to have the slots would spin in the direction of the wheel but my REAL brembo sport rotors spin the opposite direction by design in conjuction with the internal cooling vanes.. in any event on the rotor hat it should be marked L or R to help you on which is for what side

on the box, one of the rotors said right. but which side is the right side of the car? thanks

by definition right is the pessenger side, left is the driver side

Well Henry, technically that is correct in the US/Canada. However, UK/Australia/Asia consider the right side to be driver's side and left side to be passenger side. That's why they put the steering wheel over there on the wrong side of the car. Hey, can I drive your new car sometime?

Don't look at the slots. Look at the direction of the vanes in the rotor. Here is a page on the StopTech website that should help.

ah you got me sorry about that. well, basically when you sit in the car, that's how you tell left and right.
