i purchased a new one...
im not sure that im allowed to post this since i guess its sort of like advertising (and i apologize if its against the rules), but i paid $125 shipped from carson toyota for a brand new l-tuned ecu. spoke to bobby and he hooked it up. seemed like a good deal. got it 3 weeks ago and still have yet to install it 
man, i cant wait to install that thing (even tho most say its not that big of a difference) but i want to put it in soooo bad since i have it.
