**L-Tuned Steering ECU**
I have a rare L-tuned Steering ECU for sale. Was purchased from Steve Ganz @ ltunedparts.com a long while ago. I believe I got one of the last few available before they ran out.
Henry described it the best so i figure i'll quote him.
I too felt a difference with the steering. Made it a bit tighter to me on the freeway

I know that you cant tell apart the ltuned ecu from the stock ecu. I've sold/bought things here and I'm sure members here can vouch for me also.

It's commonly believe that 98-00 GS300/400 don't have the ECU. It helps to tighten the steering a little bit at higher speed. I felt some difference on my car. It's also believed that 01+ GS430 already has the L-tuned ECU, while 300 don't. I haven't seen any solid confirmation. The ECU looks EXACTLY the same as the stock one.
