Lexus targeted carjackings in ATL?
Hey everyone, I am on a community list serve for my one of my rental properties and I just looked at the posts...over the past few days it seems that there have been some posts regarding armed carjackings of Lexus drivers occurring in and near the areas of Zone 6 (east lake, glenwood, candler, kirkwood, etc) and other parts within the perimeter...the last email says there has been an arrest, but not sure if it is related. I guess this goes without saying, but keep your head on a swivel..if you have a conceal/carry permit..even better

Without a GA or Reciprocal License – fully open to view (such as uncovered in passenger seat, partially sticking out below or beside seat is not allowed). If you are not prohibited from obtaining a firearm carry license, it can be in a closeable compartment like the glove box or center console (map pockets that are not closeable are not acceptable) with a GA or Reciprocal License – Anywhere in the car.

It's $80 too for Fulton County and easy to get one as long as you have nothing on your record that bars you from having one. Its the fingerprinting and PD background checking that just take a while depending on the load of work of the PD were you got your fingerprints.
