Can you give more details on what you tried please. How did you try to attach?

Did you use this button or the manage attachments button? What was the URL of your images?

That link gave me an error (error 500) which is a good place to start.

Once you get a working URL figured out, try using the little yellow insert image button instead of the manage attachments feature. The manage attachments feature is for uploading pictures or documents you have stored on your hard drive or device. Insert image accepts URLs to upload them.

I clicked on that URL from your quote and I received the image. According to google that is the sharable URL

That one worked, but the shortcut image link URL wasn't in a format that was recognized. To get it to work (using the little yellow insert image box, I right clicked on the picture and grabbed the image URL, then pasted it in to CL using the image box prompt
