I would expect 2-4 weeks, maybe even longer if there isn't a full container filled with parts. Parts from Japan are still worth it, IMO, even if it's a long wait or a delivery/transit delay.

VIP Autosalon Lexon front lip
06/07/2012, this is the date I ordered my LEXON-FLSP-GS-GRL10-LEXON--GS-GRL10-CF from vipautosalon.com. That date is well over half a year and I still have NOT recieved my product. I have emailed and called several times only to get the same answer over and over again, two more weeks. How many times will they lie to me with the same answer? I grew more and more impatient and could not wait another month or for a product that I paid $1,050.21 for. After not receiving my product for over half a year, I asked for a refund and they agreed to refund me back. Couple weeks later, I still have not received my money and I emailed back again asking, "why have I not been refunded back yet?" Their response was, "Not sure why your credit hasn't processed by now. We will definitely look into what happens with the merchant service.*We apologize for the inconvenience." I replied back that l would give them a month to fix the transaction, which is way more than enough time to refund my money back. This is when I received another email saying "We do believe we’ve isolated the issue with our merchant service and should have the credit processed by next week. Again we apologize for the inconvenience." I then logged onto my account only to see that the status of my order has been changed to closed and at this point, I still have not received my money back. So of course, I emailed and called them again, only to my surprise, there was no response or what so ever. This is very unprofessional and the execution of this situation was poorly handled. I would not recommend this sort of "business" to anyone. This is also very upsetting at the same time and just complete nonsense.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Hopefully, the vendor will address this promptly. This kind of a delay is unreasonable.
Assuming you paid using a US based major credit card, I'd file a dispute with the CC company at the earliest (not sure why you didn't do that already).

I had to report VIPAUTOSALON to BBB and bank of america which have investigated this company and down-rated them. I got refund on the Artisan Spirit rear roof spoiler from my bank of america after Clark said that he was not sure why they did not process the refund and all the other BS excuses. This part was ordered in February and has never arrived. So I had to step up. However, the Lexon spoiler was available for the front bumper in February and I got it in 1 week. So its not that perfect despite getting 1 product. Its a horrible company and the most unprofessional one I have ever encountered.
