A good set of adjustable coilovers could improve handling while still giving you a comfy ride. That said, it's a big car and it'll understeer if you take corners too fast. I've driven the pants off an ES300h on winding mountain roads but it never feels happy doing it, not like a TSX or an Accord. It's more at home in fast sweeping corners and on smooth highways.
