Lock issue after crash repair
I recently picked up a 2009 Lexus ISF that was rebuilt from a side impact collision. They did an incredible job on the body repair, but it has two weird issues going on. The door was replaced by a door off of a IS 250. Here's what is off and some notes, any direction would be appreciated. Not sure if I have two independent issues or if they are both related.
-Driver's side exterior door lock/unlock button doesn't work
-Driver side interior door lock switches do not work unless ignition is on
-Driver side door master window switches do not work unless ignition is on (will not work with AUX power)
Notes
-With ignition ON everything works as it should (not sure about door handle button, but everything else functions flawlessly)
-Driver door locks and unlocks with the fob as it should
-I do not have the physical master key for the new door and will be getting a new lock set. Not sure if something has to be initialized by the master key here
-Passenger door outside lock/unlock button functions as it should
-When I removed the door panel there is one connector that has a cap on it and isn't connected. Not sure if this is an unused connector or if something is different between the IS and ISF.
Thanks in advance!

No was from the previous owner that did the repair. Seams to match up fine just not sure if there was anything different internally.

That is kind of what it acts like, but since it is all factory harness and connections seems unlikely. I got ahold of a wiring diagram and am testing for shorts tonight. I was able to rekey the master cylinder in about an hour last night. I didn't get a response from the other doors when turning the master key after it was reinstalled. Tried turning it with a screwdriver when I had the cylinder out. I also now notice when I open the door from the passenger side door handle I get a series of 5 quick double beeps.
