I have a 2014 es350 and am new to this forum
I need to replace the passenger side mirror including outer cover
Is their any video or instruction on how to remove the inside car side panel and then the unit to replace it?

If it's like my 16, there are 4 screws to remove to get the door panel off.
There is a rubber bumper with a screw in it towards the back of the door.
One behind the door latch, one in the door handle and one under the window controls.
Pull carefully from the bottom of the panel closest to the front.
Then lift panel or pull directly towards you. Either way will work
disconnect light harness and latch and lock cables.

To get the mirror out you need to remove a white panel to disconnect the cable and a piece of thick fabric tape to access the nuts for the mirror.
A deep 10 mm socket is needed to remove the nuts. There are 3 of them.
The lower arrow is the panel you need to remove and the upper arrow the tape you need to peel back.
