Nav screen scratches
I m owning a 2015 rcf . I have been searching how to remove the scratches on my nav screen , but I found this website, do u guys know it that the same problem , so can I call the dealer to fix it ? https://www.cars.com/articles/2014-15-lexus-display-screen-issue-1420684027618/

ouch, not good! sorry OP.
I'd try to get the dealer to cover the fix or go to Lexus corporate.....is it even a year old?

edit....yes, there's a TSB on it...
The problem: Affected vehicles have a damaged anti-reflective coating on the multidisplay screen on the dash.
Vehicles affected by this service bulletin:
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the Lexus new-car limited warranty. Lens replacement under warranty is limited to the specified condition as described in this service bulletin.
What owners should do: Call your local dealer with your vehicle's identification number to determine if your vehicle is involved in this service bulletin. You can call Lexus at 800-255-3987 or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at 888-327-4236. Reference TSB No. SB0002-16.

I've yet to touch mine at all except with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
FYI, I use Plexus for all interior and exterior plastic components including the instrument panel. Besides cleaning, it will reduce micro-scratches. Widely used on aircraft cowlings and windscreens
