I have a complete GROM Audio integration kit that will work on a 2001-2005 Lexus GS300 or GS430 with the ML sound and navigation. It’s a direct plug and play kit that’s easy to install and there are several installation videos on YouTube. This allows you to directly plug in your iPhone/Android to play mp3s and music as well as charge your device. It also has Bluetooth audio for wireless streaming. I had this on my GS430 for little over a year before it was totaled, it worked perfectly.

Yes you can, you just need to get a mic and connect it to the GROM unit.
