F sport filter and K&N

you could've easily googled.
K&N is not "Most likely" oiled. it IS oiled. That's the very definition of a K&N.
F Sport is dry, non oiled.

then why have Google? just ask the forums. everything.
every forum has a search feature (a forum's own google) and typically a stickied thread that says search before you post.
just saying your question was a very simple one that could've been handled with a very basic google search, not its own brand new thread.

Clearly I was informing the OP that it is most likely oiled to lead him in the right direction. It would be great if the community was a little friendlier and try to be nicer to those who are less experienced or "newbies" to the car scene. No need for hostility or shoving a search button down someones throat

Well it looks like both E46CT and mjh09e have the factory F-Sport filter, so one benefit is that it is a factory part and technically covered by the factory warranty. Sounds like the safest bet for a drop-in filter.
