What is this yellow sticker with a code

Should I take it off and store for safe keeping ... is it something to do with the radio code ...

It was an inspection station sticker, dispose it or perhaps stick it on one of the 700 pages of the manual

If I were you, I would dispose the yellow sticker and the white one on the aluminum trim. I'm surprised your dealer didn't get those.
