rear fuses
I checked all those, as well, and they seemed fine, while I was at the dealer, however... the functions they govern don't seem as though they'd effect audio or gps? I have been wrong before though...

accepting imperfection...
I am probably not the average Lexus buyer, though my SC 430 is my second Lexus... through a long story which I'll post later as a warning to some, and, perhaps, helpful to others, I did get this car free. I didn't intend to, I thought it was just "a great deal".... but .... it wasn't. Some of the damage it arrived with was so out of place for anyone to sell a car with, so dangerous, that the credit card company I bought the car through has returned my money to me. The seller sent me junk, and it's up to me to find use for the junk, but ... I am not paying for this car. The CC company says "it's like an expensive TV that showed up broken"... I have the pink, etc... and it runs.. but... I think this will deserve it's own "Frankenbeast" thread. What was going to be a fun summer car for me and the wife will now be a ridiculously fast DIY project, sating my budding mid life urges.
I'm going to have someone come and simply wire the head unit direct to the four main speakers. Rip out what I don't need, and catalogue the weight lost. I'll add simple crossovers and separates in the doors, basic 4" mid bass and tweeters in the rear, all NON amped, and, using an excess (and quite robust) 4ohm amp from my Inifiniti QX4 (my true adventure vehicle), I'll power a simple sub in the stock location. I figure doing this will chop off at least 15 pounds from what my goal is, and still sound pretty good, while being something that, when / if something breaks, there's lots of easy fixes for it... not weird 90's 16ohm bs.

Thanks for sharing man, it is an interesting story. I don't think you are alone with stories like that though, you probably read the post titled "Did I just buy this?" I myself bought my car after it was in an accident and the top didn't work. Tell us more about the things that don't work right and maybe we can find a common thread for you.

I agree with Dashing! We can help you if you want the help. I would also ask if you can afford to pay someone to do the work or are you doing the work?
