Well, I was certain that I had his card around here somewhere but for the life of me, I can't find it. But I'm almost positive that the name was Clear Coat Film and was Chris Gaisbauer who did it. (He came out to one of the Sewell body shops to do it for me.) They are located in Carrollton, officially. PM me and I'll send you his contact info.
Oh and I did find this on their website:
>> The film comes with a five year manufacturer warranty against cracking, bubbling or yellowing.

>> The films are designed to last the life of the car. Depending on the maintenance habits of the film it may need to be replaced.
However, if the film is still clear and there is no evidence of spidering or cracking in the film, it should still be in good shape.

I don't believe so. Ask Chris, he's the expert. You can tell him I sent you his name and his reply and go from there. He's a pretty friendly sort.

I had clear bra on my M5 and rocks would still chip the paint sometimes right through the plastic, however it will deflect at least 90% of what's out there.
I just washed it, really no point in waxing, wax on paint/clear coat really shines but wax on plastic really didn't do much?
