Default Wheels----Help Me Please!

Have had my 2002 SC430 for 5 months. LOVE it. So much fun to drive.
But I am tired of the PiePlate (OEM) wheels.
Have spent countless hours researching wheels on internet and have finally decided on Klutch SL14 18x8.5 silver machined.
Here's where I need your help.

1. What offset or offsets do you guys recommend?
2. What do I do with the existing OEM wheels? Excellent condition. Do I just trash them? Surely not! I know from being on this CL site that many of you have changed to various wheels. What did you do with your PiePlates?

Thanks in advance for any & all recommendations

....I would suggest lower 30's- mid 20's, for the offsets. This will give you a better stance & bring the wheels out further, so they don't look so sunken in. You could go lower if you like, but those numbers will keep rubbing issues out of the picture. I'm running 18x8.5 on the front of my Sc & I think my offset is 25,but I would have to double check. My pie plates are in the attic, I've seen them on ebay for sale & there may be someone out there who would buy them, also you might even need to put them back on, for one reason or another.
