Think that the bracket next to the windshield wiper blade fluid reserviour is supposed to hold it in place!! Is there a bolt missing? Will check tomorrow and get back to you

There are two small pegs that fit into rubber grommets on the bottom of the rad. First unbolt the two top mounts and crawl underneath the car and pull back from the bottom and push up. Then stick it in the hole.. If one or both of those grommets are missing then by some new ones as they are necessary.

How in the heck can the radiator fall out of the lower support?
Did you have work performed recently?

I have been wondering how the heck it could have fell out too. I recently had the heed replaced because someone sat on the car and I know they took the bumper cover and the fenders off for respray but I really dont think they touched the radiator. I'm thinking it had to be done by the previous owner even thought the radiator looks original and has never been changed.
I just picked up some ramps from the store so I can get up under the car.
I really just won't to get rid of it now and get something else.

It's the grommet one was missing on the right side it looks like at one time the previous owner put in a new Toyota radiator and I guess left one of the out. Gonna try Lexus to get another one.
