Where Are The Old Time Members

I've been told I have more social skills than is typical for the type.
When I used to travel for work, I got lots of surprise I was in tech.
Also, makes for a cool username.
Thanks all for the well wishes -- a year coming up in April.

If I was totally against them, I'd have to hate myself.

Very cool - good answer! I'm guessing then that this forum has many guys like you, just cool enough to fool folks. I did leave behind my pocket pen and pencil holder years ago

I guess I'm an "old timer" any way you want to put it. Been a member since I got my first SC (02) in 2008 and I just got to "Medicare" age! Ever since the 2010 came out and my dream came true a little more than a year ago. I'm less interested in modding (other than luxlink) and was a bit instrumental in getting Steve to do a second run of the luxlink a few years back. I am fortunate to be located near Steve who invented and manufactured the luxlink, still the best mod you can do if you were lucky enough to have bought one. I am extremely grateful to own my 2010 and while all years look similar to each other, but if you drove a newer model- wow!
In terms of old timers posting, I personally post far less becomes I feel I don't have as much to say. I also truly miss Bob from San Diego, SC Droptop from Texas, and Katy from Az. I sure hope they are all ok and are more like me with less to say these days. The SC is still the best vert around and CL is by far the best car forum, bar none.

I haven't been writing much, because my fingers have gotten old. Don't know if I qualify for the old member status or not. Seems like other things have come up lately (like the last year and half, wife has had some issues) Just started using the SC again. Was too cold for most of Dec to now. Plus I haven't been doing anything to her, that I need help on. This forum is great for that. Thanks everyone! Plus it cost so much to belong that my SS checks just won't cover it. Anyone wishing to contribute, please send to this address. Actually I play golf like 4 or 5 times a week, that keeps me pretty busy. Actually I should be giving her a bath and a wax. I do keep reading, just not typing. Bye for now

Hi Ed
Really good to see you on here again. I do hope your wife is ok now, give her my best. I have had some of that myself over the last few years, but she is four years past it now and looking forward to the 'all clear' in a few months time.
Take care
Best regards
Steve
