Default Timing Belt Maintenance and Error Codes

After changing my timing belt, I came up with the following error codes:

P1346 VVT Sensor Rang/Performance Problem (Bank 1)
P1346 Lexus - VVT Sensor Range/Performance Problem Bank 1

P1349 VVT System Malfunction (Bank 1)
P1349 LEXUS - Variable Valve Timing System Malfunction Bank 1

P1351 VVT Sensor Range/Performance Problem (Bank 2)
P1351 Lexus - Variable Valve Timing Sensor Range/Performance Problem Bank 2

P1354 VVT System Malfunction (Bank 2)
P1354 Lexus - Variable Valve Timing System Malfunction Bank 2

After searching, the issues could be the valve timing, oil control valve, or VVTi controller.

Has anyone run into the same situation and what was the ultimate solution so I can purchase the correct parts after we check the actual timing belt. I found the oil control valve:

15330A 9006814030
O-RING FOR CAM TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE

15330B 153300F010
VALVE ASSEMBLY, CAM TIMING OIL CONTROL, RH - RIGHT / PASSENGER SIDE

15340 153400F010
VALVE ASSEMBLY, CAM TIMING OIL CONTROL, LH - LEFT / DRIVER SIDE

15340A 9006814030
O-RING FOR CAM TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE

But I could not find the VVTi controller. Could it actually be the VVTi controller and if so, does anyone have a part number?

Thanks !!!!

Just to clarify...

Your car was not throwing any codes...you replaced the timing belt (and possibly idler pulley, water pump, etc) and, when you started the car up the next time, you were getting these VVTi error codes?

If that's the case, is it possible that something didn't go back together properly?

Yes......I think the timing is off or oil control valve. They lined everything up when putting it back together so that's the first thing we'll check. My buddy did the work so he's coming back to check things out....just wanted to get a head start with research.

the 'Sensor Range' code makes me think that a connector wasn't connected, or not connected completely, etc. That's where I'd start.
