I would rather do it myself. But there should be some precautions done. I wouldn't locktite it right away. It would just be a pain to have to locktite it and find out later on that you got vibrations. So i would guess do it like I did.
1. Clean hub to make sure that there is no debris that would get stuck in between the hub and the spacers. Also check spacers.
2. When tightening the nuts on the spacers, do it hand tight first. Make sure the spacers line up properly. Torque in increments and in a star pattern up until 80 ft-lbs. Like I have said, lubrication when torquing increases the actual torque applied to the studs. I only had to lubricate mine since the torquing process was not smooth at the higher end. And I used a compressed air can to remove excess lubrication. Don't lubricate the lugs if it isnt necessary. Make sure that both the spacers and the wheels and the hub sit flush with each other. (Extremely important). Make sure that your studs are not too long that it prevents your wheels from being flush to the spacers.
3. Do the same with the wheels.
4. Test Drive. Drive it around the block, windows down, no music, and listen to any noise that possibly might come. Have a feel for the steering wheel, while accelerating and braking to see if you have vibrations doing both. Now if you don't hear or feel any problems then take it to the freeway and slowly get up to speed. This way you know you that if you get any freeway speed vibration that you don't end up going any faster than you should be.
5. If you hear loud popping noise, stop immediately. Its possible that you just broke some of your studs. (Not that I'm scaring you with this but this is a serious concern for your own safety).
6. If you have vibrations, take off the wheels and spacers and check for what you could have possibly missed. Reinstall. Try test drive again.
I may have missed something else. But I was very very cautious in my install. Just be aware of your car. If you dont have any vibrations, just as mandyfig has said, retorque after certain amount of miles.
