New sc430 owner- fender rolling/shaving, aggressive fitment. Searched prior.
Hello guys. I just purchased a 2002 silver sc430 and been lurking on the forum for quite a while.
I promise I've done many hours of searching on cl and the www without much results.
Here are my questions.
1) anyone have personal experience with rolling/shaving fenders without Doing paint/bodywork? I have my own roller and have done my previous cars. But these fenders definitely look difficult.
-what have you done with the inner plastic.
2) I plan to run a 19x9.5 +12 and 19x11 +15. With 225 in the front and 245 in the rear. Anyone have experience with similar setup?
Thank you for your input.

Hello and welcome.
I'm also new here at the SC forum and i have the same thoughts. Especially the rear have wide inner fenders, so i think when we are going to run wide wheels we just have to take the step and cut those inner fenders. i made my inner fenders on my LS400 and on the front where there were also plastic inner fenders i could warm it with a heat blower and push them and form them to be bigger so the rims dont rub. Its a huge project and time consuming. Theres no easy way of doing this. i also cut some of the plastic away and glued some of the parts together with the glue that us used for gluing windshields.
When you roll the fenders it also takes time. First you have to take the small fender protectors off. And heat the fenders with a heat blower so the paint dont crack. Its good to be to persons so one heat the fender while you roll.

I've done multiple cars including my sportcross, gs400, and most recent gs300. I have a easton roller and heat gun.
Have you done yours? I debating on shaving and then rolling. I want these things to fit. btw i'll be running 225 front and 245 in the rear.
