Default Caliper Bolt Torque Spec

I am replacing front and rear brake rotors and need torque spec for caliper and caliper bracket (torque plate) bolts. The front brake has 14mm and 17mm bolts and are the rears 12mm and 14mm bolts?
I once over torqued and broke one of the caliper bracket bolt.
