Hello boys and girls Its been a long time. last summer i came across a 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder, and i had to buy it. Busted engine so fitted a faster 2ZZ engine and then everything went overboard and i got a 6speed gearbox, sport clutch, intake, tuning 4-1 manifold from PPE and alot of other upgrades. It now has 200hp+ and is VERY fun to drive. Its a very fast gokart
Well i recently started working on the SC430 again. i am about to install the air suspension, custom rear exhaust system and a better place for my new bigger sparewheel that fits with my Brembo big brake kit.
I startet cutting out the old metal that were in the way
Bye bye
Cut a new piece of metal at the right size to get a flat bottom instead.
Test fitting
Welded it
"Started from the bottom now we here" of'course everything will be sanded and painted etc.
Test fitting the sparewheel
The final result i will turn around the wheel, but i will got back to this later.
Installed the air tank on some stainless steel tubes to make room underneath to the control modules and all the wirring and tubes.
It fits perfect with the cover that is pulled across and attached so there is still space for the roof to fold down.
Overall so far
Stay tuned

Your parts cost way more than my entire car. Perfection sure, but a gold plated exhaust and sterling silver twin turbos??
I hate black wheels on a black car but that's what I have and they couldn't be better. Ain't no girlie car anymore with black
wheels. Good choice with the black deep-dish spider wheels. I'd suggest a
from Amazon and keeping the classic round exhaust tips. Took me an hour each side to position the "V8" using a Fibonacci
series golden mean. Felt off by a mm or two, so I bought another set and did it again more carefully.
Not everything has to cost a million dollars to look perfect, but spending the time seems to be an unavoidable requirement.
Sure would like to see your finished project. Could be the best SC ever.
