Help: Mechanic can't find O2 connector inside car
Hello,
My mechanic is changing the downstream O2 sensor on the driver side. He took apart the shifter console but can't find the O2 connector. Could someone please tell me where to find or where to access the connector? Thanks very much.

Unlike other Lexus models the sensor connector is outside cabin. But may not be noticeable if a previous owner used a universal one and cut off the connector. Surprised your mechanic would look for that end first....

Oxygen sensor connector
I'm pretty sure the upstream connector is inside the cabin because the original and the replacement sensor have a large "grommet seal" to attach to the body. The defective sensor is the original and doesn't have an external connector.

I got MIL P0135. Does anyone have Lexus part # for bank 1 sensor 1 driver side? Found Lexus part # for bank 2 sensor 1 #89465-50130 and Denso oem # 234-4630? Is it the same sensor? Thx in advance.
