per instructions from sc430blue:

1st is two bolts behind first panel that holds the plexiglass. The next is removal of secondary panel by pulling. third shows upper bolt that holds backrest in place.

My tip is to treat it like a rental car then you are able to remove a lot of things from this car for free as long as you have the right tools.
If you treat it like a Ferrari, let Lexus dealer treat it like a rental car for you at your expense.
