I am selling a nearly brand new, High Performance Torque Converter, made by Import Performance Transmission (IPT). I bought it and installed it to use until I could find the right R154 plus install kit. Well, I ended up finding one the following week. So I bought and installed the R154 and now I have a barely used High Performance Torque Converter on my hands. It was used for two weeks and approximately 200 miles. After just recently paying $600 for it, I am willing to let it go for $325, which includes shipping. $300 for the TC and $25 for shipping. (Fedex Ground or Home Delivery) I can ship it the next day after money hits my Paypal and I will immediately provide tracking info.

The stall speed on this particular TC is 2,800 RPM which is pretty much perfect for a street car. If you are drag racing, you will want something a little bit higher.

According to IPT, this TC is built with "Improved bearings, lock up clutch material and furnace braised fins yield a tremendous increase in strength and durability." They claim it will knock 0.5-1.0 seconds off your 0-60 times. (Arguable, in my mind.) But, either way, it makes a significant difference to the way the car drives, especially off the line and those furnace braised fins are extremely strong.

The tape on the top is to stop any residual transmission oil smell escaping (stinky stuff) and to stop any outside contaminants getting in.
